Leah Pin, Yes! Her last name really Pin! learned to sew from her mother and father at the young age of eight. Thirty+ years later, she never stopped.
This is her passion, her calling, her life! Everyone in her family sews. Her father, her mother, her brother and sisters. She calls her industrial sewing machines her "Chanel's".
She doesn't need expensive purses or shoes, just her sewing machines and supplies.
She dedicated all of her knowledge and committed to helping you look your best for any occasion from casual to formal wear.
Leah is a zipper whisperer. Bring in your zipper for repair and you will be amazed how she can fix it! She is also an expert at crochet.
Leah of Pin Tailor works on all age and gender's garments, athletic/dance/stretch fabrics, drapery, pillows, knits, woven's, furs, leather, beading, sequins and anything you can think of those custom tailoring or alterations needs, she turns down no challenge and welcomes it!
Leah sewed for Banana Republic while managing 45 seamstresses for 5 years.
She also had contract sewing with Kellé Company for 9 years(season only) where she sewed dance costumes (not easy working with Lycra fabrics that are fully sequined). And she worked at Opitz Company where she gained invaluable experience fixing and altering garments.
Leah is a caring mother of four children and married to Sarik, a very supportive and doting husband working to make his wife's dream come true!
